Position Summary

The Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) provides flight and ground instruction within a structured Part 141 environment. Instructors benefit from high flight activity, modern aircraft, and strong operational support while helping students progress through professional pilot training programs.


Responsibilities

• Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with Part 141 curricula
• Ensure all training is conducted safely and in compliance with FAA regulations
• Support student progression through structured training programs
• Maintain accurate training records using AIMS system
• Deliver high-quality instruction using standardized procedures and materials
• Operate within a high-volume schedule averaging 140+ billable hours per month
• Maintain professionalism and contribute to a team-focused training environment


Requirements

• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• Valid FAA Class III Medical Certificate
• Authorization to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications

• CFII
• MEI
• G1000 proficiency
• Previous dual given experience
• FAR 61.195(h) qualification
