I connect daily with people from all walks of life, including bilingual communities, while keeping the energy positive, inclusive, and professional. On the ground, I manage event logistics, run group activities, and resolve conflicts to keep programs running smoothly and ensure everyone has a great experience. This fast-paced role has sharpened my communication, adaptability, and ability to connect with people under pressure
Ski Instructor
Alterra Mountain Co May 19, 2026 - December 10, 2022 During my time as a Ski Instructor at Big Bear, I gave personalized lessons to kids and adults of all skill levels in a busy resort setting. My main goal was making sure everyone felt safe, supported, and excited to build their confidence on the snow. Managing groups out on the mountain required constant communication, patience, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing weather and slope conditions. I also worked closely with families, guests, and the instructor team to keep safety high and make sure everyone had an amazing experience on the mountain.
