Position Summary

Bristow Group is seeking VFR and IFR PICs, along with IFR SIC helicopter pilots, to support offshore oil and gas operations throughout the Gulf of America region on a 14-on / 14-off rotational schedule.

Schedule

14 days on / 14 days off rotational schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned aircraft safely and efficiently in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards
• Maintain situational awareness regarding weather, NOTAMs, offshore facility conditions, and sea state
• Conduct passenger handling, baggage loading, and aircraft movement operations
• Complete flight planning, fueling coordination, and manifest oversight
• Maintain electronic and paper flight and duty records
• Report aircraft mechanical irregularities and ensure airworthiness
• Coordinate with offshore customers and operational personnel
• Remain available for domestic and international assignments based on operational needs
• Maintain compliance with company operational and safety procedures

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Helicopter Instrument Rating or ATP Certificate
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Must meet 14 CFR 135.243 minimum requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in team environments
• Strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year offshore oil and gas experience preferred
• 1,500 PIC helicopter hours preferred
• 100 offshore hours preferred
• 100 flight hours within preceding 12 months preferred
