Position Summary

EJM is seeking a Pilot in Command for a Challenger 350 based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a five-pilot account supported by two Maintenance Technicians operating under Part 91.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and compliant flight operations
• Complete flight planning, performance, and weight and balance calculations
• Conduct required crew briefings and operational risk assessments
• Comply with company SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Perform aircraft pre-flight inspections and monitor maintenance status
• Coordinate fueling, oil, oxygen, and aircraft servicing
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
• Utilize CRM and TEM during all phases of flight
• Maintain required training and operational currency

Requirements

• 3,500 Total Flight Time
• 1,500 Multi-Engine Land
• 2,000 PIC
• 500 PIC MEL
• 300 Instrument
• 500 Jet
• FAA Type Rating in applicable fleet
• 4–6 years of experience
• Must be able to perform essential job functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Challenger 350 experience preferred
• Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred
