Description

Position Summary

The Certified Flight Instructor provides flight and ground instruction for students pursuing private pilot, instrument, commercial pilot, and certified flight instructor ratings while promoting safety, professionalism, and high-quality customer service.


Responsibilities

• Conduct flight and ground training in accordance with FAA regulations
• Prepare students for FAA knowledge and practical tests
• Maintain accurate student training records and paperwork
• Promote safety and airmanship during all training activities
• Provide excellent customer service to students
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
• Support growth and operations of the flight school


Requirements

• Current CFI Certificate
• Instrument Instructor Rating (CFII)
• 400 Hours Dual Given
• Flexible schedule with ability to work 6 days per week
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, flight training techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be local to Miami Executive Airport
