Description

Position Summary

The Pilot-in-Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Socata TBM 700 during Part 91 transportation operations supporting a group of co-owners based in Grand Forks, North Dakota.


Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers and cargo aboard the Socata TBM 700
• Operate effectively in a single-pilot environment (SRM)
• Assess flight and weather conditions throughout operations
• Conduct operational and passenger safety briefings
• Complete aircraft inspections and operational documentation
• Maintain compliance with FARs, AIM, and company procedures
• Participate in recurrent training and company meetings
• Support operational safety and aircraft management responsibilities


Requirements

• Commercial ASEL and AMEL Certificates
• Instrument Rating
• FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate
• Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• No FAA certificate actions within previous five years


Preferred Qualifications

• 2,000 Total Flight Hours preferred
• 1,500 PIC Hours preferred
• 500 Cross Country Hours preferred
• 100 Night Hours preferred
• 75 Instrument Hours preferred
• Previous TBM 700 experience preferred
• Turbine, pressurized, and complex aircraft experience preferred
• Cold weather and icing operations experience preferred
• Experience with EFIS flight instruments and King KFC 325 Autopilot preferred
