Description

Position Summary

Seeking a Flight Captain to support Part 91 corporate aviation operations. This position serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) for domestic and international executive transportation, ensuring safe, efficient, and concierge-level travel while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, professionalism, and customer service.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international corporate flight operations
• Ensure compliance with FAR Part 91 regulations and company flight operations procedures
• Oversee flight preparations, crew coordination, and passenger transportation activities
• Develop flight plans, including fuel planning, weather analysis, airport coordination, and maintenance coordination
• Keep the Director of Flight Operations informed regarding aircraft and crew status
• Recommend procedures and guidelines supporting flight operations
• Perform administrative duties related to flight operations
• Support scheduling, safety, publications, and training functions as assigned
• Identify, monitor, and manage operational risks in accordance with company policies


Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

OR

• 4 years of relevant education and/or experience

• 8 years of related aviation experience
• 3,000 Total Flight Hours or Military Aviation Background
• 1,000 Multi-Engine Hours
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA Second Class Medical Certificate


Preferred Qualifications

• 3,000 Jet Flight Hours
• Ability to hold a FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• International PIC Experience
• Falcon 2000 EASy Type Rating
• Corporate Aviation Experience
• Charter Aviation Experience
