Description

Position Summary

Seeking a Fixed Wing Pilot to safely operate Pilatus aircraft in support of air medical transportation missions. This position is responsible for transporting critically ill and injured patients while maintaining the highest standards of safety, leadership, professionalism, and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Safely plan and conduct flight operations
• Load passengers, patients, baggage, and cargo
• Analyze weather conditions and flight requirements
• Maintain required logs, records, and written reports
• Clean aircraft, hangar facilities, and crew quarters
• Promote and support company safety and risk management initiatives
• Report safety concerns and participate in safety management programs
• Maintain compliance with company policies and FAA regulations
• Communicate effectively with crew members, patients, medical personnel, and operational staff


Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of professional pilot experience
• 2,500 PIC Airplane Hours
• 1,500 Turbine Hours
• 500 Turbo-Prop Hours
• 250 Instrument Hours
• 250 Unaided Night Hours
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of Automobile Insurance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation or related field
• 25 Hours in a Pilatus PC-12
• Successful completion of PC-12 ground and flight training within the previous 12 months
• Recent Air Medical Transportation Experience
• Mountain Flying Experience
