Position Summary

Seeking a Flight Instructor to provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with Acron Aviation Flight Academy standards. This position supports student progression through structured training programs while maintaining high instructional quality, safety standards, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide flight and ground instruction on aircraft systems, maneuvers, procedures, and flight operations
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings and debriefings
• Maintain flight training pass rates at or above established standards
• Monitor student progress and ensure timely course completion
• Schedule assigned students to facilitate continuous progression through training programs
• Maintain training standards in accordance with FAA and Academy requirements
• Comply with Operations Manual policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate student records and training documentation
• Deliver professional and customer-focused instruction
• Recommend corrective actions when student performance concerns arise

Requirements

• Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) Certificate
• Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) Certificate
• Applicants currently enrolled in a Flight Operations degree program must have completed all flight training labs
