Description
Position Summary
Seeking a First Officer to join Bombardier CRJ200 operations under Part 135 on-demand regulations. This position supports safe and efficient flight operations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
• Place safety above all operational priorities
• Operate aircraft in compliance with Part 135 regulations
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct preflight planning and prepare flight plans
• Assist with safe and efficient flight operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Ensure aircraft cleanliness and readiness for flight
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
• Support station leadership and management with additional assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Airplane Rating
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to travel internationally without restriction
• English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to pass FAA and company-required random drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to pass criminal history, employment history, reference, and driving record checks
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer-service focused attitude
• Ability to report to work within 120 minutes of dispatch call during assigned duty periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
• No previous aviation-related accidents or incidents
Preferred Qualifications
• No more than two check ride failures
• 750 Total Flight Hours
• 50 Multi-Engine Hours

Compensation
