Position Summary

Seeking a Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) to provide flight and ground instruction for students pursuing Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, and Flight Instructor certificates. This position supports student success through professional instruction, strong customer service, and adherence to FAA regulations and training standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flight and ground training in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Prepare students for FAA knowledge and practical tests
• Maintain accurate student training records and documentation
• Monitor and document student progress throughout training
• Promote safety and airmanship in all aspects of flight training
• Provide exceptional customer service to students
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Support the growth and success of the flight school

Requirements

• FAA Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
• Minimum 400 Hours Dual Given
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, flight training techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to work six days per week with a flexible schedule
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be local to Miami Executive Airport

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience providing instruction for Private, Instrument, Commercial, and Flight Instructor applicants
