Description

Position Summary

The Corporate Pilot is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in the transportation of personnel and cargo. This position conducts pre-flight planning, risk assessments, and flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. The role primarily operates the TBM 940 within a flight department that also operates a Cessna CJ4.


Responsibilities

• Ensure all flight operations adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
• Serve as a pilot primarily operating the TBM 940
• Conduct pre-flight planning, risk assessments, and weather monitoring
• Maintain the highest safety standards and support risk management initiatives
• Support compliance with FAA and other aviation regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, including Part 91 operations
• Maintain required pilot certifications, training records, and operational documentation


Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
• Second Class Medical Certificate or higher
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aviation safety standards, and flight operations best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight trips, weekends, and holidays
• Must reside within commuting distance of Ruston, LA, or be willing to relocate
• No prior aircraft accidents, FAA violations, or license suspensions without satisfactory explanation


Preferred Qualifications

• 1,500+ hours total flight time
• 250+ hours PIC turbine
• 100+ hours multi-engine
• High-performance, complex, and retractable-gear experience
• Single-engine turboprop experience
• TBM-series experience
• Strong background in single-pilot operations
• Experience in customer-facing or executive-support roles
