Position Summary

The First Officer supports regional airline flight operations throughout the Caribbean while assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of Embraer E170 aircraft in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain during all phases of flight operations
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations
• Support safe and efficient regional airline operations throughout the Caribbean
• Participate in multi-crew flight operations
• Maintain professional CRM and TEM standards
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements

Requirements

• CPL/IR Multi-Engine or Frozen ATPL
• Valid EMB170/190 Type Rating
• Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
• Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher
• Valid Passport
• License acceptable for validation by the Turks and Caicos Islands Civil Aviation Authority
• 1,500 Total Flight Hours
• 300 Multi-Engine Hours
• 300 Turbine Hours
• 300 Multi-Crew Hours
• 300 EMB170/190 Hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous regional airline experience
• IFR operational experience
• EFIS/FMS operational experience
• IOSA environment experience
• Strong CRM and TEM competencies
• USA Crew Visa preferred
