Description

Position Summary

Seeking a Captain to serve as Pilot in Command for CE-560XL operations. This position is responsible for leading flight operations with a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service while operating under Part 135 and Part 91 environments.


Responsibilities

• Conduct flight operations in accordance with company policies, Flight Operations Manual, and FAA regulations
• Exercise operational control and final authority over assigned flights
• Lead and mentor First Officers while fostering sound aeronautical decision-making
• Maintain aircraft proficiency and complete required training and checking events
• Ensure compliance with flight and duty time limitations, rest requirements, and risk management standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and passengers
• Coordinate with Operations Control, maintenance personnel, and internal teams
• Conduct passenger briefings and maintain professional client interactions
• Verify aircraft airworthiness, documentation, charts, and required equipment
• Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and aircraft serviceability requirements
• Ensure all flight, aircraft, and passenger records are completed accurately
• Verify international flight documentation and customs requirements when applicable
• Participate in safety management initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity


Requirements

• ATP Certificate
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 Hours Total Flight Time
• 1,500 Hours Pilot in Command (PIC)
• 500 Hours Multi-Engine PIC
• 250 Hours PIC in Type
• CE-560XL Type Rating
• Completed initial or recurrent training in type within the previous 12 months
• Strong knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 regulations
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and passport
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing international flight operations
• Knowledge of ICAO standards and customs procedures
• Previous experience using Part 135 operational software and flight planning systems
• Experience contributing to safety programs and operational standardization efforts
