Position Summary

The Second in Command (SIC) supports Part 135 domestic flight operations while assisting the Pilot in Command with safe and efficient aircraft operations and maintaining a high level of customer service during business aviation missions.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient Part 135 flight operations
• Adhere to company procedures and operational manuals
• Maintain current First Class Medical certification
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with crew members
• Assist passengers with seating and luggage storage
• Conduct passenger briefings
• Respond to passenger requests and operational needs
• Perform additional assigned operational duties

Requirements

• ATP Complete
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours Fixed Wing
• 200 Multi-Engine Hours
• Valid Passport
• Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization
• Appropriate Type Rating
• Working knowledge of Part 135 regulations
• Knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to pass background check and FAA drug/alcohol testing
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Business aviation experience preferred
