Description

Position Summary

Seeking a Pilot in Command (PIC) for a King Air 360. This position is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of company aircraft while delivering an exceptional passenger experience. The account averages approximately 150 flight hours annually and operates exclusively under Part 91.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command and maintain final authority for the safe operation of each flight
• Ensure crew assignments and trip operations comply with company and regulatory requirements
• Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance computations
• Lead operational risk assessments and crew briefings
• Comply with company SOPs and security procedures
• Complete aircraft preflight inspections and verify aircraft airworthiness
• Record and report aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company procedures
• Coordinate fueling, oil servicing, oxygen servicing, and other aircraft support requirements
• Conduct passenger briefings and accommodate passenger needs
• Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) principles
• Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers and aircraft owners
• Collaborate with internal departments and flight crew members to ensure service consistency
• Maintain required training, qualifications, and recency requirements
• Participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) and report safety concerns as required


Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• 3,500 Hours Total Flight Time
• 1,500 Hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL)
• 2,000 Hours Pilot in Command (PIC)
• 500 Hours PIC Multi-Engine Land
• 300 Hours Instrument Time
• 500 Hours Jet Time
• Ability to perform all essential job functions
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Austin, Texas area


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous corporate/business aviation experience
• FAA Type Rating in the B300 Series
