Description

Position Summary

The Pilot In Command is responsible for conducting safe and efficient Part 135 charter operations while serving as the final authority for aircraft operations. The position supports on-demand charter missions and requires a highly professional pilot capable of operating in a dynamic charter environment while maintaining the highest levels of safety, customer service, and operational excellence.


Schedule

• 15 Days On / 13 Days Off Rotation
• Home-Based Position
• Must reside within two hours of a Gateway Airport


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot In Command for assigned aircraft
• Conduct Part 135 charter operations safely and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Support passenger service and operational excellence
• Perform domestic and international flight operations as assigned
• Complete required training and qualification events
• Maintain operational readiness and regulatory compliance


Requirements

• ATP Certificate
• CL601 PIC Type Rating
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Experience in Part 91 and Part 135 Operations
• Proficiency with computers, email, iPads, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform service operations outdoors in extreme temperatures
• Ability to manage rest and perform red-eye operations
• Ability to perform medium to heavy lifting
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to travel unrestricted to and from Canada
• Must meet U.S. and EASA regulatory requirements
• 3,500 Hours Total Flight Time
• 2,000 Hours PIC Time
• 2,500 Hours Multi-Engine Land Time
• 1,800 Hours Multi-Engine PIC Time
• 2,000 Hours Turbine Time
• 250 Hours PIC Time in Type
