Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) operates Citation XLS/XLS+ aircraft in Part 91 and 135 operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations while delivering a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned flights
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Manage flight planning, weather, fuel, and performance
• Maintain communication with operations for scheduling and reporting
• Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) systems and documentation
• Ensure charts, manuals, and publications are current
• Demonstrate strong decision-making and professionalism
• Operate within duty and rest requirements

Requirements

• 3,500 total flight hours
• 2,000 PIC hours
• 250 hours in type (PIC)
• 1,500 multi-engine hours
• 500 multi-engine PIC hours
• 500 turbine hours
• 300 instrument hours
• ATP (or ability to obtain)
• First Class Medical
• Valid passport
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent 142 training in type
