Position Summary

VDCI is seeking Seasonal Part-Time Aerial Right Seaters to support aerial operations by assisting pilots, documenting flight data, loading aircraft, and supporting operational safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist pilots from the right seat position during aerial operations
• Load and unload aircraft
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Document required flight data and operational records
• Comply with OSHA, Hazmat, and PPE safety requirements
• Support operational and ground handling activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Computer and office equipment proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background screening and motor vehicle record review

Preferred Qualifications

• 500 total flight hours preferred
• 100 multi-engine hours preferred
• 25 flight hours within previous 12 calendar months preferred
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate preferred
• Flight Instructor ratings with Instrument and Multi-Engine Land preferred
