Position Summary

The Managed Challenger 350 Pilot in Command (PIC) supports complex and dynamic Part 91 flight operations while providing safe, efficient, and professional air transportation services. This position works closely with fellow crew members to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for Challenger 350 flight operations
• Provide safe and efficient air transportation services
• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members during all phases of flight operations
• Represent the company in a professional manner with aircraft owners and passengers
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
• Support safe and efficient operation of a managed aircraft program

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 500 hours jet SIC time
• Recent corporate flight experience
• ATP Certificate
• First Class Medical Certificate
• Must meet all instrument and night landing currency requirements
• Must pass an instrument competency check in the assigned aircraft category
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must reside within one hour of MCO

Preferred Qualifications

• Challenger 350 type rating
• Current Challenger 350 experience
