Description
Position Summary
The Phenom 300 PIC serves as Pilot-in-Command for domestic and international Part 91 operations. The Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned aircraft, maintaining regulatory compliance, delivering premium client service, and exercising final authority over all flight decisions while leading a professional flight crew.
Responsibilities
• Conduct all aircraft operations in accordance with company policies, flight operations manuals, and FAA regulations
• Exercise operational control and final authority for assigned flights
• Lead and mentor Second-in-Command pilots
• Maintain compliance with flight and duty limitations, rest requirements, and fatigue management standards
• Deliver premium customer service and client experiences
• Coordinate itinerary changes and special client requests with operations personnel
• Conduct thorough passenger briefings and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Review flight and maintenance logs before departure
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness and proper documentation prior to flight
• Verify fuel, oil, and maintenance requirements are completed
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations
• Perform duties as Ground and In-Flight Security Coordinator in accordance with applicable regulations
• Participate in safety management and professional development initiatives
• Represent the company at professional events and industry functions
Requirements
• ATP Certificate required
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Pilot-in-Command Hours
• 500 Multi-Engine PIC Hours
• 250 PIC Hours in Type
• 250 Hours Turbine PIC Time
• Current EMB-505 Type Rating
• Valid Passport
• Ability to obtain and maintain required travel authorizations
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations
Preferred Qualifications
• Thorough knowledge of ICAO standards and international flight operations
• Previous experience managing international customs and operational requirements
• Background in high-net-worth client service environments
• Prior safety program, mentoring, or professional standards experience
