Position Summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking a Pilot in Command for a Global 7500 aircraft operating from BDL Airport in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. This is a six-pilot Part 91 operation supporting extensive international travel with approximately 500 annual flight hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for Global 7500 operations
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations
• Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks
• Lead operational risk mitigation briefings using Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and FAA regulations
• Conduct aircraft pre-flight inspections and review maintenance status
• Coordinate fueling, oil, oxygen, and aircraft servicing requirements
• Deliver passenger briefings and exceptional customer service
• Utilize CRM and TEM principles during all phases of operation
• Maintain required training, recency, and compliance standards
• Support company Safety Management System reporting requirements

Requirements

• FAA Type Rating in applicable fleet
• Ability to perform essential job functions
• 3,500 total flight hours
• 1,500 multi-engine hours
• 2,000 PIC hours
• 500 PIC multi-engine hours
• 300 instrument hours
• 500 jet hours
• Ability to reside within two hours of BDL Airport or relocate
• Extensive international operational experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred
• Current Global aircraft type rating preferred
• Extensive international experience preferred

Compensation

$250,000 – $350,000 annually.
