Position Summary

The Gulfstream G280 Captain is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft while conducting flights in accordance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations. This position supports corporate flight operations and requires a strong commitment to safety, service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the Gulfstream G280 aircraft
• Review aircraft maintenance status prior to flight
• Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the Aircraft Flight Manual
• Review weather, airport facilities, and alternate airport information prior to departure
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Ensure the safety of passengers, crew members, and aircraft
• Complete all trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with company procedures

Requirements

• 3,000 hours total time
• 1,500 hours PIC
• 1,500 hours multi-engine land (MEL)
• 500 hours MEL PIC
• 500 hours turbojet time
• 250 hours instrument time
• Type rating in Gulfstream G280 or comparable aircraft
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Ability to work on an on-call basis
• Ability to complete annual ICAO International Procedures Training
• Primary residence within two hours of KLGB or willingness to relocate
