Position Summary

CAE is seeking a Full-Time B737 Ground / Simulator Instructor to support simulator and classroom-based airline training operations while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer-focused instruction.


Responsibilities

• Conduct initial, transition, upgrade, and recurrent flight training
• Deliver simulator and classroom instruction in accordance with FAA and company procedures
• Conduct training under Part 142 Training Center standards
• Complete required evaluations, checks, and training documentation
• Maintain instructor proficiency and qualifications
• Promote Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles
• Support administrative flight training programs
• Conduct daily pre-training readiness checks
• Support additional training department duties as assigned


Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Fluent English communication skills
• Unrestricted FAA ATP Certificate
• Minimum one unrestricted PIC type rating
• Minimum 2 years FAR Part 121 experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to participate in DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program
• Strong professionalism and safety-focused mindset


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous simulator instructor experience preferred
• Previous ground school or structured pilot training experience preferred
