Description
Position Summary
Seeking Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) to provide flight instruction in a dynamic training environment supporting both primary and advanced flight training programs. Instructors can expect high flight volume, consistent scheduling, and opportunities to work with a diverse fleet of aircraft while helping students achieve their aviation goals.
Responsibilities
• Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA regulations
• Support student progression through training programs
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Promote safe flight operations and sound aeronautical decision-making
• Assist with multiple training programs and flight school operations
• Maintain professionalism and high instructional standards
Requirements
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced training environment
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to maintain training records and student schedules
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience flying in or near mountainous terrain
• Previous flight instruction experience
