Position Summary

Horizon Aviation is seeking Certified Flight Instructors to provide professional flight instruction while supporting student progression and aviation education operations.

Full-time flight instructor operations supporting student training schedules in Providence (Warwick, RI) and Boston (Norwood, MA). Instructors typically fly 1,000+ hours annually while working with a diverse aircraft fleet and gaining actual IMC experience.


Responsibilities

• Provide professional flight instruction to students
• Support student progression and aviation training success
• Deliver high-quality aviation education and mentorship
• Maintain professionalism and instructional excellence
• Support safe flight operations and training activities
• Assist students in achieving aviation training milestones


Requirements

• Certified Flight Instructor – ASEL required
• Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument required
• Current FAA Class II Medical or better required
• Background check required
