Description

Position Summary

The Fixed Wing Pilot is responsible for providing medical air transportation services while safely operating a King Air 200 aircraft. This position supports day and night medevac operations on a 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off schedule while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.


Schedule

• 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
• 14 Days On / 14 Days Off


Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients and customers as part of a medical flight team
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches in accordance with company manuals and FAR requirements
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and operational readiness
• Complete company and regulatory documentation, including load manifests and flight records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, medical facilities, and operational partners
• Provide shift turnover information to incoming crews
• Maintain required certifications and recurrent training requirements


Requirements

• Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land (C-AMEL) Certificate
• Ability and willingness to obtain ATP within five years of employment
• Single-pilot IFR experience
• Valid driver’s license
• FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate
• 2,500 total flight hours
• 1,000 PIC hours
• 500 cross-country hours
• 500 multi-engine hours
• 100 night hours
• 75 instrument hours (50 actual)
• Ability to provide flight logbooks verifying flight experience


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous medevac experience
• Previous cargo experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or higher education
