Position Summary

The Pilot (Part-Time) supports advanced training operations by operating company aircraft in simulated combat and Close Air Support scenarios. This role requires high-level tactical flying experience and the ability to replicate real-world threat environments in support of military training objectives.


Responsibilities

• Operate company aircraft in support of CAS and tactical training missions
• Coordinate with customers to develop training scenarios and objectives
• Demonstrate knowledge of aircraft systems in all phases of flight
• Execute missions in accordance with CAS tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Simulate threat systems and adversary aircraft capabilities
• Maintain operational readiness and support administrative duties as needed
• Operate within a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays


Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate
• FAA Class II Medical
• IFR rated
• Minimum 1,000 hours fighter time OR 1,300 total time with 300 fighter hours
• Prior DoD flight lead qualification (ADAIR or CCAS)
• Tactical flying recency within the past 5 years
• FAA Letter of Authorization (LOA)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance and CAC
• Must provide own military flight helmet and compatible equipment


Preferred Qualifications

• Instructor Pilot or Stan/Eval experience
• Air medical or contractor ADAIR/CAS experience
• WSO candidates with qualifying experience may be considered
