Aerial Services, Inc. is an aerial survey and aviation services company operating fixed-wing aircraft nationwide in support of LiDAR, photogrammetry, multispectral imaging, and other aerial data collection operations.


Position Summary

Aerial Services, Inc. is seeking Survey Pilots to support nationwide aerial survey operations including LiDAR, photogrammetry, and multispectral imaging missions while assisting with aircraft maintenance, field operations, and mission coordination.

Schedule

Extensive travel and deployment required during peak survey seasons with on-call responsibilities and 250+ travel days annually.


Responsibilities

• Operate fixed-wing aircraft during aerial survey missions
• Conduct LiDAR, photogrammetry, and multispectral imaging flights
• Coordinate flight planning, routes, altitudes, and mission parameters
• Operate onboard survey equipment and systems
• Perform post-flight data quality checks
• Assist with aircraft inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Maintain maintenance logs, flight records, and FAA documentation
• Support field operations, repositioning flights, and emergency maintenance


Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate SEL
• High Performance Endorsement
• Complex Endorsement
• FAA Second Class Medical
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• U.S. Citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to relocate or live within 45 minutes of a Class B hub


Preferred Qualifications

• Survey or mission flying experience
• FAA A&P experience
• FAA Commercial MEL
• Experience with Cessna T206 and piston aircraft
• Aircraft ownership preferred
