I’m Aaron Ince, a Clearwater, Florida native with a lifelong passion for aviation and a professional background built through structured university training and flight instruction experience. I attended the University of North Dakota beginning in 2018 and graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Aviation.

Since graduating, I have been working as a Certified Flight Instructor, where I’ve continued developing my operational experience, instructional abilities, and leadership skills while reaching my restricted ATP minimums. My training at UND was conducted in a professional environment modeled after Part 121 operations, which provided me with a strong foundation in IFR procedures, FAA regulations, crew coordination, aeronautical decision-making, and safety-focused operations.

I take pride in my professionalism, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments. I prioritize safety, customer service, and operational excellence, and I’m looking for an opportunity to continue advancing my career within either a Part 135 or Part 121 operation.
