Work Experience

Flight Supervisor
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University 08-01-2025 - 04-30-2026 The Flight Supervisor is a crucial role in flight operations for Embry Riddle. This position includes full oversight of active Embry Riddle aircraft with special attention towards solo and cross country activities. This oversight also extends over four operational buildings and up to ten dispatchers at a given time. The flight supervisor is responsible for the paperwork and dispatching of student solos to ensure students are in compliance with FARs and Embry Riddle's Flight Operation Manual. Monitoring of the ongoing weather during shift is important to determine the pilot qualification status to see which activities may be dispatched out. Overall this position is a representation for the upper level leadership in the Flight Department (e.g. Flight Department Chair, Chief Pilot, Lead Flight Supervisor).
Line Service Technician
JetWest-GateOne 06-01-2025 - 08-31-2025 Through this position I would provide 100LL and JetA fuel to on-field and transient customers. Hot fuel was also frequently provided to the military, specifically UH60-Blackhawk, MH65-Dolphin, V22-Osprey and C130-Hercules. Other tasks that were completed in this position was marshalling inbound aircraft, accepting and testing fuel loads as well as providing shuttle services to cities nearby. Additionally, I would assist front desk operations through communications and logistics required by incoming aircraft (e.g. rental car reservation and booking with the FBO). Overall, this summer position enhanced the efficiency of a small FBO team, especially during Pebble Beach Concours week (Aug 13-19) with high volume of jet traffic.
Lead Dispatcher
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University 12-01-2023 - 04-30-2026 As a Lead Dispatcher, this position allows for me to work with instructors more through rebuilding their schedule for the day while overseeing the current dispatch crew. In addition to managing and delegating tasks to the dispatch crew I work with, having ramp oversight is crucial for efficient operations of the flight line. These tasks may include ensuring ramp in/ramp out times are correct, crews are getting the fuel they ordered and aircraft are secured properly with heater cords, covers and gust locks if needed. All of these tasks allows for a smoother flow in the chain of command between regular dispatchers and the acting Flight Supervisor.
Flight Dispatcher
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University 08-01-2023 - 04-30-2026 Through working as a dispatcher, I would provide customer service to student pilots and instructors such as passing out keys, checking students in or working out any conflicts instructors may be having. There is also the responsibility of scheduling aircraft and simulators for crews to utilize throughout the day. Through these responsibilities, it allows for an efficient operation in the Flight Department daily.
