Dear Chief Pilot/Hiring Manager,
Please accept this letter as an expression of my interest in the First Officer/Pilot Position with your company. I
am a highly motivated, safety focused, professional pilot that has transitioned from a long-standing career in
the mortgage industry for 24 years representing some of the largest financial institutions in the world. My
ability to build lifelong personal and business relationships and at the same time having those referral
relationships be more than just business was essential to my success. I have built a solid process which I was
able to seemlessly transfer these vital customer focused skills to my aviation career. I have been trained by
instructors that truly made their life, aviation and were all either previous check airman for corporations or
designated pilot examiners as well as instructors.
Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my craft of being a professional advisor, truly listening and
thus being able to assist individuals in reaching and attaining their financial goals. I am a capable and
consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing a clients given objective and guiding them along
the process of completing their goal. This has proven to be a paramount skill in working with my passengers,
my flight support staff, and my fellow pilots.
In my career, I contribute my business success to, hard work, critical thinking, being a team player with my co-
workers and staff, and at the end of the day doing what’s right. My passion is flying, and thus I have made the
transition as a professional pilot, as it is a very rare case that an individual actual does what they truly love as
an occupation. I’m currently working and building flight experience as a First Officer with AirSmart Share
LLC. flying the Pilatus PC-12. We consistently fly in and out of extremely busy and complex airspace such as
KLAX, KSFO,KPHX, as well as challenging airport ie. KASE, , KTRK and many more. To say the least my pilot
limits have been pushed and I have grown immensely because of my time on the flight line. We fly both
fractional owners and also charter as a 135 operator and strive to exceed our clients/owners expectations every
single flight not just once in a while. Previous to my 135 experience I worked as a Chase Pilot with Chalk2
flying a C210 and a Bonanza as well as flying my own Cherokee 180. As a Chase Pilot my primary responsibility
is to operate my C210 or Bonanza safely and effectively as the “See & Avoid Operational Component” of the
military drone’s flight making sure they do not unfortunately come in contact with each other or other non
participating aircraft. These operations are completed during day and night conditions.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Fahali Campbell
